## About this plan

Have you noticed how the sun moves across the Bogotá sky during the day? At the Sundial Workshop you can answer that question with your hands.

The plan is to build an instrument that records the apparent path of the sun. From there, you can talk about how we see its movement and what that has to do with how we measure time. It is a short, hands-on, and different activity. A great pick if you want something educational in Bogotá that breaks the routine.

It is recommended for ages 10 and up, so it works well as a family plan or with friends who are curious about basic astronomy.
