About this plan
The Poetry of Yoga is a workshop designed for kids at the Manuel Zapata Olivella Public Library, Tintal branch. The session mixes reading, play, and body movement so children can find simple ways to relax and have fun at the same time.
The story follows some animals dealing with an epidemic of stress, and a group of cows who seem to hold the key. From there, the kids read, play, and explore with their bodies, finding calm through imagination. It is a free plan in Bogotá, perfect for a different afternoon with the family.
