## About this plan

Biblovacaciones arrives at the Francisco José de Caldas Public Library with a workshop that brings written words and images together. In this session of the Arts Lab: Graphic Narratives, participants turn poems and literary fragments into one-of-a-kind collages.

The activity is simple and very creative. Using magazine cutouts, photos, illustrations, and typography, each person cuts, rearranges, and combines verses to build their own visual pieces. You do not need to know how to draw. The idea is to let words become images, and to show that one poem can have as many readings as there are people in the room.

It is a great fit for anyone who enjoys reading, hands-on art, and different things to do in Bogota. A perfect reason to visit the District Library Network and share a creative afternoon with family or friends.
