About this plan
If you want kid friendly things to do in Bogotá, Word Adventure is a regular pick on the city's cultural calendar. It is a free Biblovacaciones activity run by BibloRed, designed to introduce young children to poetry with games and exploration.
During the session, kids move through several stations. They hunt for hidden words, invent rhymes, act out words with their bodies, and finish short verses from pictures. At the end, everyone combines their lines into one shared poem that they can read, perform, or set to sounds.
The meeting point is Biblioteca Público Escolar Sumapaz, one of the Bogotá Library Network branches that often hosts family and school plans. It makes a fresh choice for an afternoon with books.
