## About this plan

If you love poetry, this plan is for you. BibloRed is opening a new open mic at the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Public Library in El Tunal, south Bogota. The event is part of the cultural project Reverso Bogota 2026, led by the District Culture Office together with the District Public Library Network.
